Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior VP - Sales at VR Associates, located in Noida. The Senior VP - Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, managing key accounts, and directing business development efforts. Daily tasks include leading the sales team, monitoring market trends, developing sales plans, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations skills
- Account Management skills
- Business Development skills
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the technology or service industry is a plus
