Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and Development : Create aesthetically pleasing, responsive, and user-centered website designs based on project requirements.
  • UI/UX Design : Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces, ensuring an optimal user experience across devices and platforms.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with web developers, project managers, and other teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Prototyping : Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new and existing websites, demonstrating layout, functionality, and user flows.
  • Brand Consistency : Ensure that the visual elements align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
  • Performance Optimization : Ensure websites are optimized for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility : Design responsive websites that work seamlessly across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience : Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio of web design projects.
  • Proficiency : Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
  • Responsive Design : Experience in designing websites that are mobile-friendly and responsive.
  • UI/UX Principles : In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong eye for design with attention to typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot design-related issues and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration : Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bonus Skills : Experience with animation or motion design, familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation), or basic knowledge of web development languages.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
