Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications. As part of our development team, you will be responsible for creating seamless and engaging online experiences, collaborating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders, and contributing to the overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue).
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a high-quality user experience (UX) and engaging interface (UI).
Implement and optimize front-end and back-end features, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Ensure website security and compliance with best practices, including handling user data and transactions securely.
Stay updated on emerging trends in web development, new tools, and technologies.
Participate in code reviews, maintain version control, and follow Agile development processes.
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to implement SEO best practices and improve website performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, or Java.
Proficiency in using web development tools and version control systems, particularly Git.
Familiarity with databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB) and API integrations.
Experience with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Materialize.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento) is a plus.
Understanding of web security and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
