Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Development SupportDesign visually appealing, user-friendly webpages, landing pages, and bannersaligned with the brand identity.Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI designers to enhance website aestheticsand improve the user journey.Optimize design elements for speed and responsiveness across devices.

Video Editing & Motion GraphicsEdit promotional videos, product demos, and explainer videos to support marketingcampaigns.Develop short-form videos and GIFs for social media and advertising.Integrate animations and motion graphics to elevate visual storytelling.

Branding & CollateralDesign marketing collateral, including brochures, eBooks, whitepapers, andpresentations.Create branded assets such as email templates, banners, and promotional graphicsfor campaigns.Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all design outputs.

Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand projectneeds and translate them into creative visuals.Brainstorm with stakeholders to bring new design ideas for campaigns and productlaunches.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsCreate compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital mediaMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.1+ years

of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or a technology company.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including websites, social media, and videocontent.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro, After Effects)

.Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) and basic understanding ofUX/UI principles.Experience in

video editing

and knowledge of creating motion graphics.Understanding of

B2B marketing trends

and experience designing for professionalaudiences.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
