Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Saket, Delhi

Shift: Rotational shift + 5 days working

Salary: 3LPA Fixed

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets that effectively communicate our brand identity, message, and marketing objectives across various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, typography, layout, and branding.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
  2. Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  3. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
  4. Create custom illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
  5. Produce high-quality mockups and prototypes for digital and print projects.
  6. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and innovation.
  7. Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and other team members to ensure effective integration of visual and written content.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in graphic design principles.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  4. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  5. Experience with print production processes and specifications.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  8. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in (Digital marketing ) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design is desirable.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
