Job Description :

- We are seeking a Tech Lead Manager to lead our customer acquisition and customer engagement teams.

- This role will contribute to shaping the landscape of our customer interactions, where your strategic insights will drive innovative approaches to acquire new customers and deepen engagement.

- This team's charter is to implement product-led growth initiatives that propel our offerings to new heights.

- This team creates and executes customer-focused strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and grow engineers to continue pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence and execution.

- Drive the quality and stability of the product by getting hands-on as required with code, design, and test plan reviews, and debugging distributed systems issues.

- Collaborate closely with other functions and teams, to continue innovating in user experience and building best-in-class software systems powering them.

- Help evolve a culture of selfless excellence in which each person does the best work of their life and amplifies everyone around them.

- Lead technical direction, quality, and execution for the application layer at ThoughtSpot.

Requirements :

- Are an engineer at heart and crave putting imagination into action.

- You likely have 8+ years of experience crafting world-class 1.0 products of complexity and building robust, high-performance, and intelligent systems for them with a B.Tech/M.tech in CS.

- Hands-on experience in backend technologies like Java, Python, and GoLang with good exposure to front-end technologies like Javascript, react.js, and Angular.

- Have expertise in one or more areas like building and scaling distributed applications, Customer acquisition, User engagement, and product-led growth with expertise in backend engineering.

- Have provided senior technical leadership at the highest levels in a strong engineering culture and responsible for customer and user growth.

- Have led high-performing engineering teams, empowered your team to make meaningful contributions, and nurtured their career

- Love building and leading exceptional cross-geo teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- You have a strong bias for action and being resourceful.

- Are obsessed with the customer experience and uncompromising engineering standards.
