Job Title: Tech Lead Manager

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager to oversee our customer acquisition and engagement teams.
  • Your role will involve shaping the landscape of customer interactions, using strategic insights to enhance customer acquisition methods and deepen engagement.
  • You will be leading initiatives focused on product-led growth to drive our offerings to new levels.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in areas like building and scaling distributed applications, customer acquisition, user engagement, and product-led growth, particularly in backend engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing senior technical leadership in a dynamic engineering environment while driving customer and user growth.
  • A track record of leading high-performing engineering teams, empowering team members to deliver significant contributions and supporting their professional growth.
