Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Lucknow. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about available properties, answering questions, and guiding clients through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and Sales
  • Ability to deliver effective Training for clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Lucknow is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Sales or Real Estate
