Objectives of the Job: · Project & Program Management – Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries in BMS R&D · Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap. · Drive Innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.  · Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams – Team development (incl. Career Path) · Ensure a high level of Stakeholder satisfaction – Both in Germany as well as in the involved markets  Areas of Work: Design and Development Battery Management System, Leading the team as a Coach, Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds, Steer based on Metrics and KPIs Job Responsibilities:  • Program management - Budgetary and execution to meet the customer requirements, optimally create and manage resources and ensuring quality and timelines of delivery goals.  • Offer technical leadership in the area of Battery Management System in the eDrive domain. • People leadership responsibility for a team of - people by setting up and monitoring performance goals & objectives, team engagement including providing feedback through performance appraisals and day-to-day discussions. • Define and execute strategic roadmap for System Engineering, Component Responsibility and Software Development & Testing by identifying the current landscape and future business goals. • Establish best practice such as standards and guidelines for design/development, deployment, and regular maintenance of solutions offered.
