About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex programs involving distributed teams across various time zones.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among teams.
  • Track program progress using Jira and other Atlassian tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in technology or software development.
  • Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong skills in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing effectively.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
