Job Description Location: Bangalore, KA, 560076 Department: Program Management Experience Level: Senior (8+ years) About The Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing distributed teams across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and handling multiple concurrent initiatives. Proficiency in Jira and other Atlassian tools is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage complex programs involving distributed teams across various time zones. - Work closely with stakeholders to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans. - Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication among teams. - Track program progress using Jira and other Atlassian tools, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership. - Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools. Required Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in program management, preferably in technology or software development. - Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones. - Strong skills in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning. - Experience managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing effectively. - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
