SNOW(Strategy and Operations)

The “SNOW” team is an abbreviation for strategy and operations. This team works directly with CXOs and VPs to drive strategic initiatives.

The Ideal candidate will Influence the Strategy and Execution Pivots for HighRadius. This role will become a trusted advisor for our CXO/Business Unit Head and help bend the curve for that leader. S/he will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to continually develop and provide a point of view for decision-making purposes to the leader(CXO/BU Head). S/he will be a dynamic professional that fosters a collaborative environment and has a track record of rallying teams to success.

This is a highly visible and complex role since the candidate will be the point of contact and work with executives and users across the entire organization. The successful candidate must be a strong leader, excellent problem solver, extremely well organized, possess strong stakeholder management skills, detail-oriented, quality-minded, and possess excellent written & verbal communication.


Position Summary

The goal of Product Strategy and Operations is to ensure we support the Product and Engineering team at Highradius to plan, measure, and achieve its business goals. You will own key initiatives to support Product team to drive business growth-

● Planning initiatives and bringing overall structure, and alignment to the business goal ● Work closely with the stakeholders(Product and Engineering Leadership, and any cross-functional stakeholders) including CPO and CTO to bring high structure, drive momentum, and overcome challenges

● Thought leadership in various initiatives to help achieve the business goal

● Driving regular executive reviews with reports to track regular progress and highlight any potential risks


Key Responsibilities

● Deliver Strategy & Operations projects within specified timeframes

○ Understand the AS-IS, work with the leaders to define the TO-BE and provide a path to achieve the TO-BE

○ Work with CXOs, Heads of Business Units of HighRadius

● Develop deep understanding of the business (Product and Engineering) and proactively identify areas of improvement and proactively identify areas of improvement

● Communicate effectively with L2 and L3 leaders - oral and written

● Works at pace to make Cat 1/2 decisions comfortably

● Promote a positive, high-performing, innovative, and growth-oriented environment that consistently delivers results; establish clear goals for both team performance and personal development for your DRs and team

● Monitor the product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions

● Stakeholder management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, like product management, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and drive product success

● Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency, and implement best practices to improve product operations

● Analyze data to gain insights into product performance and customer behavior, and use these insights to inform product decisions


Qualifications

● Experience: 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business consulting

● Strong analytical skills along with a knack for solving ambiguous problems. Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheet-based modeling and reporting

● Comfortable with conducting structured primary and secondary research

● Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

● Transformative DNA. Willing to challenge the status quo, envision the future state, embolden teams and lead the change

● Strategic thinking and executive-level communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings

● Strong problem-solving experience with an ability to work on complex, multi-dimensional problems and bring structure and clarity to all stakeholders

● Experience in managing/working with teams, and stakeholders across different departments and geographies

● Ability to handle high-pressure situations. Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities

● Strong ownership to drive the projects from start to finish
