As a part of our Risk Advisory team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Zscaler Engineer to join our team. As a Zscaler Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, and maintaining our Zscaler cloud security solutions to enhance our organization's network security and performance. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Zscaler technologies, network architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Zscaler Configuration:
Configure and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to secure and accelerate internet and application traffic.
Implement and manage Zscaler policies, user profiles, and traffic forwarding rules.
Network Security Design:
Collaborate with the security team to design and implement cloud-based network security solutions using Zscaler.
Evaluate the current network architecture and recommend improvements to enhance security posture and performance.
Secure Access:
Design and enforce secure access policies for remote and branch office users through Zscaler ZPA.
Ensure secure and seamless user authentication and authorization.
Threat Detection and Response:
Configure advanced threat detection and prevention mechanisms within Zscaler to identify and mitigate security threats.
Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and respond to security incidents involving Zscaler.
Integration:
Integrate Zscaler with other security tools and systems, such as SIEM, CASB, and identity management solutions, to provide comprehensive security coverage.
Ensure smooth integration with existing network infrastructure.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor Zscaler performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal network connectivity and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues promptly.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of Zscaler configurations, design decisions, and troubleshooting procedures.
Keep documentation up to date with any changes.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Provide training to other team members and end-users on Zscaler technologies and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Zscaler developments and share knowledge within the team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in configuring and designing Zscaler cloud security solutions.
Strong knowledge of network security principles, cloud security, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Familiarity with industry compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Administrator/Engineer) are a plus.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation is desirable.
