Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and certified Zscaler expert to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Zscaler solutions to enhance our network security. This role requires immediate availability and the ability to contribute effectively for at least three months.


Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration: Deploy and configure Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.

Optimization & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the Zscaler environment to ensure peak performance and security.

Policy Management: Develop and manage security policies and rules within the Zscaler platform.

Integration: Integrate Zscaler solutions with existing network infrastructure and security tools.

Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Zscaler services, including handling incident tickets and resolving technical issues.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the Zscaler environment, configurations, and procedures.

Training: Train and support internal teams on Zscaler functionalities and best practices.

Compliance: Ensure that the Zscaler setup complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

Certification: Certified Zscaler Professional (ZCP) or equivalent Zscaler certification.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler solutions.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of network security, web security, and cloud security concepts.

Proficiency in deploying and managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).


Familiarity with other security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, SIEM).

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Availability: Must be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum 3-month contract.


Preferred Skills:

Experience in working with large enterprise environments.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
