Position: Area Credit Manager – LAP- SME Loans- Pune
CTC Upto 16 Lacs max.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance).
Minimum experience required of 4 years.
Underwriting of secured loans - MSME customers.
Reporting to: ZCM/RCM
Specific Responsibilities:
Underwriting of EML & SME Cases: Evaluate and approve credit applications for LAP loans.
Utilize Loan Systems: Make optimal use of the Loan Origination System and Loan Management System to process loan applications efficiently.
Maintain Credit TAT: Ensure timely turnaround of credit applications in line with set timelines.
Policy Adherence: Manage credit underwriting processes as per the established policy guidelines.
Monitor Delinquency and NPA: Keep track of delinquency and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) to ensure they remain within budgeted levels for the product.
Credit Cost Management: Control credit costs within the approved budgets.
Feedback to Credit Policy: Provide feedback on credit policies based on underwriting experience to help refine and improve them.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data slicing/analysis and publish relevant reports.
PDD Monitoring: Oversee Post Disbursement Documentation (PDD) compliance.
Industry Analysis: Conduct industry analysis to stay informed about market trends and insights.
Key Performance Indicators: Turnaround Time (TAT) for credit applications

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Credit Underwriting
