Job Description:

Assistance in litigation for Direct and indirect taxes mattersEnsure Filing of Income Tax Return, Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing ComplianceReview of TDS compliancesReview of Indirect Tax (Monthly GST Returns, Annual Returns)Advisory on withholding of taxes and applicable GSTHandling of statutory audit/internal audit and department audit independentlyHanding implementation of new compliances /Projects with respect to tax.Assisting to business units to resolve operational matters related to taxAssistance in identification of appropriate tariff for OE & OE spares

Basic Qualification:

CA

Area of Specialization

Working experience in corporate Taxation Team with Auto Industry BackgroundExposure to direct and indirect taxation activitiesAdvanced knowledge of MS office, Working experience in MIS & Analytics
