Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt, classification, distribution, and secure storage of all project documents, including drawings, contracts, reports, and BIM files.
  • Maintain accurate version control and ensure obsolete documents are removed from circulation.
  • Implement and maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and third parties to facilitate smooth documentation flow.
  • Prepare reports, document logs, and registers to track document status and audits.
  • Support document retrieval for audits, quality checks, and internal/external reviews.
  • Train team members on document management procedures and software usage.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge and experience with document management systems/software, preferably related to BIM documentation.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within the engineering, construction, or BIM industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of technical documents effectively and accurately.
  • Experience working with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document control software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Understanding of BIM processes and engineering documentation is an advantage.
  • Certification in Project Management, QA-QC, or related fields is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹52,390.33 per month
