Job Title: PEGA Support EngineerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Pune and GurugramWork regime: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)Role Purpose:Provide advanced technical support for Pega applications, ensuring system stability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application performance.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver L2/L3 support for Pega-based systems, including:- Code investigation and defect resolution.- Source code management and version control.- Incident handling and service request fulfilment.- System restoration and recovery after failures.- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting, including scripting, monitoring setup, and implementing workarounds.- Create and maintain SOPs/runbooks for operational efficiency.- Configure tools and manage infrastructure for smooth application functioning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices.Skills Required:- Strong knowledge of Pega platform and application architecture.- Expertise in debugging, defect fixing, and performance optimization.- Familiarity with infrastructure management and monitoring tools.- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve critical incidents quickly.A little about us:Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
