馃捈Job Title: PEGA Support Engineer馃懆 馃捇Job Type: Full-time馃搷Location: Pune and Gurugram 馃捈Work regime: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site)Role Purpose: Provide advanced technical support for Pega applications, ensuring system stability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application performance.Key Responsibilities:Deliver L2/L3 support for Pega-based systems, including:Code investigation and defect resolution.Source code management and version control.Incident handling and service request fulfilment.System restoration and recovery after failures.Perform end-to-end troubleshooting, including scripting, monitoring setup, and implementing workarounds.Create and maintain SOPs/runbooks for operational efficiency.Configure tools and manage infrastructure for smooth application functioning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices.Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Pega platform and application architecture.Expertise in debugging, defect fixing, and performance optimization.Familiarity with infrastructure management and monitoring tools.Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve critical incidents quickly.
