馃捈Job Title: PEGA Support Engineer 馃懆 馃捇Job Type: Full-time 馃搷Location: Pune and Gurugram 馃捈Work regime: Hybrid (2 days/week on-site) Role Purpose: Provide advanced technical support for Pega applications, ensuring system stability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application performance. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver L2/L3 support for Pega-based systems, including: - Code investigation and defect resolution. - Source code management and version control. - Incident handling and service request fulfilment. - System restoration and recovery after failures. - Perform end-to-end troubleshooting, including scripting, monitoring setup, and implementing workarounds. - Create and maintain SOPs/runbooks for operational efficiency. - Configure tools and manage infrastructure for smooth application functioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices. Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of Pega platform and application architecture. - Expertise in debugging, defect fixing, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with infrastructure management and monitoring tools. - Ability to work in high-pressure environments and resolve critical incidents quickly.
