Specialist – 3D Animator
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad
have an exciting role of Specialist – 3D Animator to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.
This is an exciting role and would entail you to
· Animation Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing animations in both 2D and 3D using various software and tools.
· Concept Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop animation concepts, storyboards, and visual designs.
· Modeling and Texturing: Create 3D models, textures, and assets for animation projects.
· Animation: Animate characters, objects, particle, and environments to convey emotions, movements, and narratives.
· Rigging: Set up character rigs for smooth animation and character deformation.
· Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics elements for videos, presentations, and marketing materials.
· Rendering: Set up rendering parameters and optimize scenes for final output.
· Post-production: Edit and enhance animations with post-production effects, sound, and music.
· Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of animations throughout the production process.
· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including illustrators, designers, and video editors.

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.
This may be the right role for you if you have
· 8-11 years experience as an Animator Generalist, responsible for creating high-quality animated content across a variety of mediums, such as 2D, 3D, and motion graphics.
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
· Professional animation experience, with a diverse portfolio showcasing different styles and techniques in professional creative production studio.
· Fluency in industry-standard software tools for animation and generalist tasks, such as Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender, Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D or similar software.
· Experience with animating Hair with Maya XGen, Dynamic is big plus
· Experience in implementing dynamic rigs for cloth, hair, and accessories to respond realistically to character movement.
· Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
· Should be proficient in rigging for animation and have the ability to animate various elements beyond just characters.
· Excellent understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and weight.
· Proven proficiency in modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and rendering to support animation and asset creation.
· Strong understanding of compositing and post-production techniques.
· Contribute to the creation of visual assets beyond animations as needed.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various animation styles and techniques is must.
Good to have.
· Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics for character rigging.
· Knowledge of skinning, blend shapes, and deformation techniques.
