Position Overview: The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Projects & Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that align with NewMe's strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality..
Knowledge of HR practices.
