Position Overview:  The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Projects & Initiatives:
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives that align with NewMe's strategic goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality..
  • Knowledge of HR practices.
