Job OverviewAs an AI/ML Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models and solutions. You will lead a team of talented data scientists, engineers, and analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of AI/ML projects that meet our clients' needs. Your role will involve strategic planning, project management, and hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Define and execute the AI/ML strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities.Develop and implement best practices for AI/ML model development, testing, and deployment.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML solutions.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at various levels.

Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.Proven experience in leading AI/ML teams and projects, with a strong track record of successful deliveries.Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.Contributions to the AI/ML community through publications, open-source projects, or conference presentation
