Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Developer at nexgentechlabs in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enhance our fintech products and services. You will work closely with our data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to create innovative solutions that solve complex financial problems.
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to improve financial forecasting, risk assessment, and user personalization.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and services.
•⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
•⁠ ⁠Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract valuable insights and features.
•⁠ ⁠Evaluate model performance and continuously optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to solve business challenges.
•⁠ ⁠Document model development processes and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in the fintech industry.
•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
•⁠ ⁠Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
•⁠ ⁠Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
•⁠ ⁠Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
