Roles and Responsibilities: Receive and respond to phone inquiries in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). Schedule client appointments based on availability and client preferences. Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner. Interact with clients in person and over the phone , providing assistance and information. Prepare and maintain daily reports , including Closing Reports and Stock Reports. Update client information and interactions accurately in the CRM software. Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications for day-to-day tasks. Call clients to inform them about ongoing or special schemes and promotions. Follow up on leads received through various platforms and enter them into the CRM system. Requirements: Only female candidates are eligible to apply. Prior work experience in premium skin clinics is highly preferred . Must possess excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Should have a presentable and professional appearance . Strong knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM software is essential.
