As the coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact, facilitating communication among various departments within the company. Your responsibilities will encompass seamless coordination with directors, finance and accounts teams, consultants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.


Marketing and branding:

- Collaborate with design consultants to develop compelling marketing materials such as pamphlets, brochures, stickers, rate lists, and engaging social media posts.

- Work closely with digital marketing consultants to strategize and execute campaigns aimed at promoting the company's products and enhancing brand visibility.

- Utilize proficiency in platforms like Framer and Shopify to manage the company's websites, ensuring they are updated regularly with relevant content and improvements.


Social media management:

- Oversee all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence, and engaging with the audience effectively.

- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy for maximum impact and reach.


Product Knowledge and Development:

- Conduct thorough research on the company's products, staying abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to conceptualize and name new designs, crafting compelling product descriptions that resonate with the target audience.


Vendor Management:

- Take charge of vendor management, identifying and evaluating potential vendors for printing jobs while ensuring reliability and quality.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and agreements to optimize procurement processes.

- Manage the shipping process from India to the USA


General Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

- Provide support to other departments as needed, contributing to the overall success of the company's operations.



Qualifications

1. Know how to use Framer and Shopify

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships

4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented

5. Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Availability to work on-site for 6 days a week
