About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our innovative payment solutions, including PoP terminals, White-Label Platforms, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS). This role involves cold calling, lead generation, and engaging in strategic sales pitches targeting businesses, fintech startups, NBFCs, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to prospective clients
Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to showcase our solutions
Generate leads and perform follow-ups to nurture prospects
Engage in consultative selling to address client needs
Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets through regressive calling
Gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or payment services
Proven expertise in cold calling and engaging C-level executives and Lead Generation.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of PoP terminals, API-driven white-label solutions, and embedded banking/BaaS models
Ability to deal with pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to startups, financial institutions, or enterprise clients
Background in banking, payments, SaaS, or digital finance solutions
Familiarity with UPI, AEPS, BBPS, and other digital payment channels
