Responsibilities:

* Client Engagement:

* Engage with potential clients to understand their professional development needs and recommend suitable certification courses offered by the institute.

* Sales Presentations:

* Conduct persuasive and effective presentations to individuals and corporate clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our certification courses.

* Relationship Building:

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

* Sales Targets:

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organization.

* Collaboration:

* Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotional activities and campaigns.

* Revenue Generation:

* Achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.

* Conversion Rate:

* Maintain a high conversion rate from lead generation to closed sales.

* Customer Satisfaction:

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and offering post-sales support.

* Market Penetration:

* Expand the institute's market reach by identifying and tapping into new client segments.

* Sales Reporting:

* Provide regular and timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

* Professional Development:

* Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
