Customer Success Manager
to join our team and ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes with Biizline.
Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Onboarding & Training• Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to the Biizline platform.• Conduct training sessions to help customers understand app features and maximize usage.2. Customer Engagement• Proactively engage with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from Biizline.• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.3. Customer Retention & Growth• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.• Work on strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.• Upsell and cross-sell additional features to existing customers.4. Issue Resolution• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.• Collaborate with the support and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.5.
Data-Driven Insights• Analyze customer usage data to identify patterns and suggest improvements in the app.• Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer inputs.6. Community Building• Create and nurture a community of Biizline users by organizing webinars, events, and interactive sessions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.• Proficient in using CRM tools and customer success platforms.• Empathy for customers and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
