Responsibilities: To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales ClosureResearch and identify potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors who are in need of interior design services.Creative thinker with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to, digital marketing, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.Schedule the briefing call with a designer, which will be assigned by Design Head based on availabilityCreate compelling marketing materials. including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to showcase our services and attract potential clients.Preparing project estimates , quotation for clients.Making closures in sales and achieving targetTaking every walk-in to the showroom around and familiarising them with the product and company values.Follows up on all sales leads in a timely and effective mannerTracks and provides accurate sales information to company management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably in the interior design or related industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve monthly targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed goals.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Provide personalized design solutions and product recommendations.

Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

Product Knowledge and Support:

Stay updated on the latest trends and products in interior design and furnishings.

Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications.

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensure the showroom is well-presented.

Sales Administration:

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and follow up on leads.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or furnishings industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of interior design trends and concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understandtheir needs and provide tailored solutions.

  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, andannual sales targets.

  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.

  6. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring profitability.

  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and productdevelopment, to optimize sales efforts and meet customer requirements.

  8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends tomanagement.

  9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and productdevelopments to maintain a competitive edge.

  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade showsto promote products and services.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldpreferred.

 Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate orinterior design or architecture industry.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

 Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
