Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, conducting sales meetings, and providing training and support to the sales team. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operation and optimal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
