Email Marketing Executive

Job Description - We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Expert to join our marketing team, successful candidate will be responsible for improving the conversion rate at different stages in the consumer life cycle via Email Communication.
Key Responsibilities:Planning and Implementing automated Email communication flow to increase engagement and conversion at different stages in the consumer journeyDefining clear KPIs for evaluating the performance of strategies implemented Monitor, report, and analyze performance to improve conversion rates, increase ROI, prevent contact fatigue, and optimize the content strategy and journey.Develop and execute email marketing strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and revenueCreate and design email campaigns, including templates, content, and graphicsSegment and target email lists to maximize campaign effectivenessTest and optimize email campaigns for deliverability and performanceAnalyze and report on campaign metrics, such as open and click-through ratesStay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies to improve email marketing effortsCollaborate with other departments, such as Data Analytics, PPC, and Learner engagement, to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives
Qualifications:2+ years of experience in email marketingProven track record of developing and implementing successful email marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools, such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, and MarketoExperience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniquesStrong analytical skills, including experience with email marketing metrics and data analysisThis is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.
