About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Springer Nature. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of SAP Marketing Cloud and Marmind platforms. The role requires expertise in AB testing, email strategy development, and email advocacy to drive engagement and conversion across our audience segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud and Marmind platforms, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define audience segmentation strategies and personalize email content for maximum relevance and impact.
3. Conduct AB tests to optimize email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
4. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve email marketing effectiveness and ROI.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, recommending innovative approaches to enhance Springer Nature's email strategy.
6. Serve as an email marketing advocate within the organization, promoting the value of email as a key channel for customer engagement and retention.
Experience, skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2- 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the publishing or academic sector.
3. Proficiency in SAP Marketing Cloud and Marmind platforms, with hands-on experience in campaign creation, execution, and reporting.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize email performance.
5. Experience with AB testing methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement in email marketing campaigns.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute successful email marketing strategies.
8. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends in email marketing and digital communications.
