This role demands an individual who is highly organized, driven, and has strong communication and people skills.Key Responsibilities :Collaborate with external clients to understand their hiring needs, including job roles, qualifications, and company culture.Use GoodSpace.ai’s AI-powered platform and other recruitment tools to source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates.Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Develop job descriptions and postings tailored to client needs, ensuring they attract top talent.Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to offer strategic advice to clients.Key Skills & Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources, ideally working with multiple clients or in a recruitment agency.Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, and CRM tools.
