The parent Company Process Combustion Corporation (US) is recognized as world leader in pollution control using thermal process to meet environmental regulations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the G lobal Head- Proposal & Technical at Process Combustion Corporation (PCC) in Vadodara. The role involves overseeing proposal development and technical aspects, ensuring the alignment of proposals with technical capabilities, and leading a team to deliver high-quality proposals.
· Responsible for proposal development for fully integrated air pollution control systems including both PCT and bought out equipment.
· Project locations in support of global customers could span Indo-Pacific region, Middle East, Europe, North and South America.
· RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PROPOSAL ACTIVITIES:
o Develop & manage proposal development and submittal for packages, including coordination and development of technical, commercial, and development aspects and pricing (overall scope of work).
o Analyse and interprets Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs); Establishes deliverable matrix and development schedule.
o Prepare and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, detailed, and comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that are compliant with solicitation requirements and responsive to the interests of relevant stakeholders.
o Develops, edits, and writes original proposal responses and other EPC-related documents.
o Checking the adequacy of the inputs from the customer, coordinate and lead all proposal activities related to customers RFQ.
o Budget preparation & cost analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and managing proposals in a technical environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering and/or a business-related field.
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience in proposal development.
- Strong familiarity with proposal management practices, methods, and techniques is required in a global level.
- High-level understanding of project engineering, procurement, and construction processes/procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with complex project delivery, demonstrated business acumen in balancing customer and business requirements, i.e., financials, strategic and tactical thinking, etc.
- Inherent ability to work effectively in a team environment and strong desire to win.
- Previous experience working in the Middle East – especially Saudi Arabia – would be useful
- Track record of relevant professional experience in EPC projects
- Experience scheduling, resource planning, and project delivery.
- Desirable to have proven track record of independently getting projects from the clients
- Experience of dealing with international customers, clients.
