Company Overview Monami Catering Pvt Ltd (operating under the brand My Khana, is a leading corporate catering and food services provider, specializing in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and delicious meals to corporate clients and IT parks. With a proven track record of excellence, we have become a trusted food partner for over 100+ prominent corporate and IT parks , serving more than 2 million meals to date. Our state-of-the-art kitchens, stringent quality standards, and commitment to customer satisfaction have positioned us as a preferred choice for corporate catering in Bangalore. Currently, we operate five kitchens across the city, including the management of 2 numbers 5000-seater IT Park cafeteria , showcasing our ability to handle large-scale operations with efficiency and precision. Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to oversee and manage the financial accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient handling of all day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong understanding of accounting standards and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements (P& L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings. Supervise and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts. Review journal entries, payment vouchers, and expense claims. Coordinate with auditors for annual audit processes and assist with internal audits. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian accounting standards. Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required. Mentor and guide junior accountants and support staff. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B. Com, M. Com). Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, Zoho Books,). Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). Sound knowledge of Indian Taxation and Companies Act. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ethical and trustworthy with confidential information. Preferred Background: Experience in (insert industry – e.g., hospitality, retail, services, etc. Hands-on involvement in financial audits and statutory compliance.
