Job Summary:
The Financial Operations Team Leader is responsible for Individual Task assigned and high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing daily operations, resolving escalated issues and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and complex queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track Self KPIs such as response time, resolution rate and Service deliveries.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Customer Service, or related field (Candidate from Commerce background will be given 1st Preference)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service software.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (especially in Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth or global customer service environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven support tools, chatbots, and omnichannel platforms.
- Analytical and Problem solving mindset is must.
