energy industries. We have a dedicated education and upskilling program targeted to academia

and industry, QpiAI-Explorer. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join

our creative team and contribute to our branding and marketing efforts.


Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience to

produce visually engaging content for our social media platforms and branding materials. The

ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and

the ability to create content that captivates and engages our audience.


Key Responsibilities:

● Graphic Design:

○ Create visually appealing static posters, banners, and other graphic elements for

social media and online campaigns.

○ Design branding collaterals including brochures, flyers, business cards, and other

marketing materials.

○ Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual content.

● Video Editing:

○ Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, including promotional

videos, product demos, and other marketing content.

○ Add strategic effects, transitions, and video elements to enhance engagement

and viewer retention.

○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

● Content Strategy:

○ Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target

audience.

○ Develop creative concepts that align with the overall marketing strategy and

brand voice.

○ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video

editing.

● Collaboration & Communication:

○ Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and create innovative visual

content.

○ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements

and deliver high-quality results.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is a plus.

● 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

or any other similar software

● Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing skills.

● Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.


Preferred Skills:

● Experience with animation and motion graphics.

● Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.

● Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for online courses, websites and Mobile

applications in the future.

2. Enhance the user experience by designing intuitive navigation for digital learning

platforms and Websites.

3. Uphold and co-develop brand standards and design strategies across all media.

4. Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs.

5. Work closely with the marketing team and developers to ensure proper implementation

of designs and adjust as needed for technical feasibility.

6. Conduct user testing to gather feedback on design usability and iterate based on this

feedback.

7. Design infographics, diagrams, and educational illustrations to simplify complex

academic content including PDF and Brochure creation.

8. Create animations and interactive elements to enrich educational content and encourage

learner interaction.

9. Manage graphic assets, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.

10. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to

EdTech.

11. Oversee design projects from conception to delivery, managing timelines and

coordinating with team members.

12. Create engine email and Whatsapp template design for Promotions, Post sales and

Nurturing campaigns.
