and industry, QpiAI-Explorer. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join

our creative team and contribute to our branding and marketing efforts.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic/Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of layouts, excellent graphic design skills, and video editing expertise. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content for various digital platforms while adhering to brand guidelines and project objectives. This is an on-site position requiring hands-on collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
  • Create high-quality designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
  • Design promotional materials, social media content, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Video Editing:
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Add effects, transitions, text, and sound to videos to enhance their impact.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Content Development:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to deliver innovative and modern designs.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming and strategy sessions.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain project assets, ensuring proper archiving and version control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Expertise in video editing, including motion graphics and animation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with audio editing tools and processes.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
