We're seeking an accomplished professional with 5-7 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant to lead our Finance and Taxation team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in statutory compliances, Tax, audits, accounting, and corporate finance. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex financial landscapes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


1.Overview of the tax and compliance litigations.

•Proposing and finalising Compliance policies for Group

•Working towards Centralizing the and having an oversight and management of group-wide tax compliance

•Assisting on Group litigation including review of the Group litigation, assisting on appeal drafting.

•Ensuring the visibility on the Group Litigation & Contingent liabilities including developing trackers for having visibility.

•Ensuring the Group Compliances are properly met for TDS, GST, PF, PT, Shop establishment, etc.

•Ensuring the Annual ROC filings are done.

•Ensuring completion of the timely completion of the audits, including tax audits, Statutory audits, Internal audits and group audits.

•To drive uniformity across Group for e.g. Client & Vendor on boarding process, segregation of duties, periodic review of books of account/ compliance/ reconciliation/group policies

•Health check of financial systems

•Contact review process.

•Balance sheet review of all legal entities

•Additional project to bring efficiency on tax incurring by the company


2.Managing the Transfer pricing compliances

•Managing the transfer pricing and ensuring of the filing of the transfer Pricing compliances including providing support to the entities for developing the transfer pricing documentations.

•Ensuring the documentations for the transfer pricing for global entities and ensuring transfer pricing certifications and preparation of the study reports

•Understanding cost plus markup model for the recharge for the group companies out of India.


3.Integration Activities

•Working on developing the Standard operating procedures for the Group including developing SOP’s

•Working on assisting the Group team wherever required on the software implementation activities.

•Checking on the proper flow of the corporate cost allocation.


4.Merger & Acquisitions

•Assisting in and financial analysis to identify potential M&A targets.

•Providing support in identifying issues relating to taxation & compliance in the target entities.

•Supporting and collaborating with external consultant and Advisories on various task including due diligence and preparation of the onboarding documentations.


5.Post M&A Compliances

•Working and co-ordination with the acquisition entities on the plan for integration of the finance functions and provide support functions as and when required.

•Woking on the complete integration plan for the onboarded entities and providing required support for the post acquisition compliances including the MCA & FEMA related Compliances.


Working on the fund requirements for acquisitions (EO/BO) including Issue of share-capital as required, initiating the valuation reports and filing of the FEMA compliances.
