Job Summary
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Studio Manager to oversee the operations of our fashion studio. This role involves managing celebrity sourcing, coordinating order dispatches, maintaining stock levels, organizing exhibitions, and ensuring the studio operates seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Celebrity Sourcing and Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with stylists, celebrities, and influencers for brand promotions.
- Coordinate fittings, loans, and returns for celebrity shoots and appearances.
- Track and document celebrity collaborations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision.
Order Dispatch Management
- Oversee order packing and shipping to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Organize and maintain an accurate inventory system for efficient access.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify and address discrepancies.
Studio Maintenance
- Ensure the studio is functional at all times and all requirements are in place
Exhibitions and Events
- Plan and execute exhibitions, trunk shows, and pop-up events.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue setup, inventory transport, and staffing.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations/Sales Manager to oversee and streamline operational processes and drive sales growth for our eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of eCommerce operations, a knack for team management, and the ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Order Fulfillment & Logistics :
- Oversee end-to-end order processing to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipping operations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Monitor KPIs, such as cart abandonment, conversion rates, and delivery times, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational efficiency and customer behavior.
- Team Supervision :
- Train and manage staff involved in customer support, warehouse operations, and other relevant departments.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth through new markets, products, or partnerships.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Lead Generation & Conversion :
- Generate leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Monitor and optimize the sales funnel for maximum conversions.
