Job Description

We are currently searching for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven Solution Sales Professional to join our sales department playing a critical tole in building relationships with our significant clients. 

 

The candidate must have experience in selling and presenting IT solutions /services at least one of the following domains ( IT Service Management Solutions, ISO Consultation Services).

Responsibilities
  • Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty 
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts  
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. 
  •  Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, Quartely, and annual reports and forecasts. 

Requirements
Certification Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business administration equivalent. 
  • ITIL Foundation (preferred)
  • Inbound Sales (Must) 
  • Sales Enablement (Must) 

Skills:
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in - enterprise sales or related position.
  • Sales experience at the following domains (IT Service Management, ISO Consultation Services) 
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management system. 
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Custome- centric and good listener 
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high- paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment 
  • Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.

Personal Skills (Must): 
  • High sense of responsibilities and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Being able to work on your own or in a team.
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
  • Handling many tasks & responsibilities 
  • Fluent in Arabic and English 

Requirements
Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
