Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee benefits and personnel management. Daily tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. The role also involves assisting in the development of HR strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles, particularly in the creative or design industry, is a plus
