Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Assistant, located on-site in Noida. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR functions, including HR management, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), benefits administration, and coordinating training programs. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, handling employee inquiries, and supporting the HR team in various projects and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration
  • Experience in coordinating and managing training programs
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
