We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service I to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID role.
General Description:
Account Management group (ODSM) has a requirement for a Vice President to manage requirements gathering, testing and collaboration with technology on a) progressing the implementation of the MO Account Onboarding Workflow project (NARF Automation) and the Client Account Profile (CAP) expansion as well as legacy architecture client migrations. The incumbent may be an internal/external employee and would be required to focus on these initiatives. This individual would also have some oversight and management responsibilities and is considered to work as a hybrid BA/PM and be a BAU processor.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Business Process Discovery - review with ODSM and other operations SME's process and data requirements for account management and client onboarding
- Current documentation review - review all existing data flow and operating model documentation and ensure this is up to date, complete and accurate
- Document findings - representation of all business requirements in a form acceptable to the project governance
- Testing - assist in the build of test cases and scenarios for the differing test streams in accordance with the test plan. Conduct testing and document test results, issues and issue resolution
- Solution migration - assist in the deployment and support of the fully tested solution with technology
- BAU client support and day to day processing
- Perform collaborative UAT/JUAT teams to establish and maintain test data, support or perform testing and assist the client in the provisioning of dependent reference data
- Participate in data reconciliations and issue resolution that may result
- Support and facilitate the delivery of the ODSM change book of work
- Over time the incumbent will be expected to be able to manage the client and account onboarding process for APAC clients
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 10 plus years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in business/data analysis and requirements gathering
- Has documented requirements, preferably using Agile methodologies
- Has knowledge in financial products and operational processes (~ 15 years in similar environment)
- Has a proven ability to communicate and collaborate across differing functions (operations, technology and product development)
- Can operate independently within initial guidance/supervision/knowledge transfer.
