We are looking for a Vice President, Client Service I to join our Middle Office team in Pune, MH for a HYBRID role.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage in Business Process Discovery to understand account management and client onboarding needs
  • Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Document business requirements for project governance
  • Participate in testing and deploy solutions
  • Support day-to-day client processing and data reconciliations
  • Manage client and account onboarding process for APAC clients over time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in business/data analysis and requirements gathering
  • Experience with financial products and operational processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently with guidance
