The Better Flour is a pioneering FMCG brand in the food industry, dedicated to offering high quality flour products. Our mission is to enhance culinary experiences worldwide while promoting healthier food choices. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the Modern Trade channels, we are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Management:Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive strategic plans aimed at not only meeting but exceeding sales targets within Modern Trade.Proactively identify and seize growth opportunities in the market, devising effective strategies to capitalize on these avenues for expansion .Financial Oversight:Exercise prudent management over budget allocations, ensuring sales and marketing activities are both cost-effective and impactful.Generate and interpret accurate financial reports to guide and support strategic decision-making.Relationship Building:Forge and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the Modern Trade spectrum.Engage in regular business reviews to collate feedback and uncover new opportunities for collaboration and growth.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Guarantee that all Better Flour products consistently meet or surpass established quality benchmarks, addressing any issues with swiftness and precision.Adhere rigorously to all relevant regulations and standards within the industry, upholding our brand’s reputation for excellence.Customer Satisfaction and Data Analysis:Address customer feedback with urgency, leveraging insights to foster product and service enhancements.Utilize sales data and market trend analysis to make informed strategic decisions that propel us toward our business objectives.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:Play an active role in new product development, ensuring our offerings resonate with Modern Trade preferences and market trends.Champion process improvements to boost operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the food industry.A strong understanding of the Modern Trade channel and its dynamics.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.An analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data and identifying market trends.Results-driven attitude, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
