Solution Architect/TechnicalArchitect ORMB Healthcare:

Location: Remote India

Required Skills:

  • ORMBHealthcare Product Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)Java Oracle Database.
  • Over 10 years of overallexperience in ORMB/CC&B in billing and receivable managementdomain.
  • Over 5 years of experience leadingORMB Healthcare implementation as solution architect/technicalarchitect for leading Healthcare Payors with experience in FullyInsured/ASO/individual business.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience in ORMB Healthcare includingdevelopment of project scope endtoend revenue management andbilling business requirements preparation of functionalspecification document gap analysis product customization interfacedesign and development coordination of system and user acceptancetesting and conducting trainings.
  • Domainknowledge and ORMB technical expertise across process areasPolicy/Plan/Membership Customer Management Pricing Billing PaymentsDelinquency General Ledger/Finance in Healthcare space
  • Experience doing Fit Gap analysis analyzing businessrequirements and creating custom solutions in ORMBfunctional/technical design documents and solutionblueprints.
  • Experience interfacing ORMB withexternal applications banks fulfilment systems general ledgersystems online customer portals

JobResponsibilities:

  • Lead overallsolution architecture and design to modernize legacy billingapplications using ORMB product and roll out to different lines ofbusiness in UHC
  • Responsible for RequirementAnalysis Process flows design FITGAP Solution Design anddevelopment of Blueprint/FSDs/TDDs managing User Acceptance TestingTrainings
  • Develop technical and functionaldesigns for inbound and outbound interfaces from ORMB.
  • Provide demos and overviews to business stakeholders getalignment on solution options optimizing cost vs impact.
  • Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to juniordesigners developers quality engineers.
  • Collaborate with other enterprise architects to driveoverall solution architecture with partner applications.
  • Analyze the current functionality for the application andperforming POCs for implementing new features released in new ORMBupgrade releases.
  • Troubleshoots and identifiessystem bugs and inefficiencies within existing systems and developfixes to support the business requirements.
  • Provides technical guidance and assistance for the teamto analyze test the systems and troubleshoot critical programerrors and bugs.
  • Assist business users inchange management by providing trainings support during useracceptance testing and postproduction roll out of theapplication.
