Content Integrator - Convert faculty-generated content into LMS-compatible format. - Ensure proper tagging, formatting, and categorization. - Upload content in multiple formats (PDF, video, interactive modules). F. Helpdesk Support - Provide real-time assistance to students, faculty, and schools. - Log, track, and resolve issues within defined SLA. - Maintain knowledge base and FAQs for recurring problems. Deliverables (common for IT team): - Error-free and secure exam conduction. - Weekly IT performance and incident resolution reports. - Smooth student and faculty experience across platforms.
